What grows in the dark.
On the shortest days of the year, the surface looks still. Underneath, a network keeps working. Fungal threads carry what roots and seeds need to wait out the cold, before they can begin to grow.
MYCELIA is a day spent inside that idea. We gather two days before the longest night of the year, just before the light begins to return, and spend eight hours together around the fire: moving, sharing, eating, making music and connecting.

Tea, cacao and something warm to eat, with the valley in the windows.

The afternoon turns into evening, and the music turns with it.

A real pause to nourish our bodies with warm, delicious food.

As one circle, connected through sound, rhythm and movement.

The last hour is to land slowly and softly, so the departure doesn’t feel rushed.
Four live musical acts will guide the journey.
They will be announced on 1 November.
[FOTO] Casa FrizzantMYCELIA takes place at Casa Frizzant, this time indoors. The hall is being restored for this gathering. A fireplace anchors the room, windows open onto the valley, and the 260 sqm of space give us enough room to move, while staying cozy.
Our partners FRIZZANT are offering different meal options, made with seasonal, winter-friendly ingredients. Also, are various food & drinks vendors, offering tasty options for any cravings.
All drinks are alcohol-free: cacao, chai, matcha, coffee, teas and herbal infusions, served all day.
The meals are not included in the ticket price and can be reserved separately or bought on spot.
Throughout the afternoon, a market of independent makers fills the edges of the nave: textiles, ceramics, natural remedies, instruments. Bring a little cash and take something home.
